Our beef mince is run through on the premises, using cuts of beef that are well trimmed in house by our butchers. Unlike our extra lean steak mince, we don't trim it of all visible fat, we leave some in which adds to the great flavour.

Prices stated are a fixed price and the weight allowance is a minimum weight you will receive.
Where weight ranges are given on joints for example,
we will always make sure the product does not fall beneath the minimum weight guide.
