We will be creating a boneless chicken breast cushion that will feed 4-5. Stuffed not with the normal... NO! This time we will be creating a stuffing blend of pork sausage meat, shallots, apple and cranberries. Stuffed inside the boneless chicken and finished off wrapped in smoked streaky bacon. Providing you with a beautiful looking centre piece which is also extremely tasty and there won't be any arguments over who's going to carve - because this joint is easy peasy! No waste - No mess... just a gorgeous joint of white breast meat encasing a colourful tasty sausagement.
Alongside this roasting joint for 4 will come a jar of our very popular Chicken Gravy - all you need to do is heat it! And for dessert, The Wild Tea Bar will be supplying 4 Sticky Toffee puddings and sauce.
